BBNaija Tega Dominic has finally addressed the rumours linking her romantically with veteran TV host Frank Edoho, stating clearly that there has never been any sexual or emotional relationship between them.
In a lengthy statement released on social media, Tega explained that she initially chose to remain silent to avoid unnecessary drama, but decided to speak up because the allegations continued to spread.
According to Tega, she and Frank only became closer around the middle of last year after he sent birthday wishes to her mother. She noted that they already knew each other through social media and mutual family familiarity, adding that Frank is also her βkingsman.β
She stressed that there was never anything inappropriate between them and revealed that the only time they physically hung out was in the presence of her manager, Paul Ukonu.
Tega further stated that she has nothing to hide and would openly admit if there had ever been a romantic relationship between them.
She also pointed out that both she and Frank were separated at the time the friendship began.The reality TV star expressed disappointment over the accusations, saying she has worked too hard to build her brand and reputation to allow false narratives damage her image.
She concluded by saying this would be the only time she would publicly address the issue.
